Unveiling the Gift: The Long-Awaited Gift

On Sunday, Rev Catherine Chan reminded the congregation about the importance of waiting with faith and trust in God’s perfect timing. Just as we eagerly anticipate gifts or promises in life, there are moments when doubt can creep in as we wait for God’s promises to unfold. Drawing from the scriptures, she emphasized that God’s faithfulness never wavers, even in prolonged seasons of waiting.

While waiting can test our patience and strength, it is during these times that we must lean on God’s all-sufficient grace and trust that His plans will come to pass. As believers, let us remember that God’s promises are true, and His power sustains us through every challenge. May we continue to place our hope and trust in Jesus, knowing He is faithful in all circumstances.
