He appeared to them…and spoke about the kingdom of God (Acts 1:3)
(Paul) proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance (Acts 28:31)
1. Your Kingdom Come
- Kingdom: the effective range of one’s will
- “the kingdom of God is in your midst” (Luke 17:21)
- Regency role: to carry out the will of the King when the latter is away for a season
2. Your Will Be Done, On Earth As In Heaven
- Anointing: reserved for Prophets, Priests and Kings
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (1 Pet 2:9)
- Prophet: discern, declare
- Priest: standing between God and man
- Prince/Princess: spiritual authority
